Please help with AIM virus ...

My daughter clicked on a link in a friend's AIM away message and we've had problems ever since. I've run NAV, AdAware and Spybot many many times and have deleted everything that was found. One of the problems is that even when AIM isn't turned on, the window will pop up and we'll get a prompt to sign on. Or if AIM is on, an "away message" will pop up with whoever's signed on screen name and some profanity along with a link to who knows what! Another thing i've noticed is that i can't get to the Task Manager. When i hit Ctrl/Alt/Delete, the window will flash for a second and then disappear. I've included the Hijack This log below:

    These two are the culprits:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AOL Instent Messenger] AOLMSNGR.EXE
    O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [AOL Instent Messenger] AOLMSNGR.EXE


    Search your HD for AOLMSNGR.EXE and delete it.

    Thanks for the help ... I did all the searching, deleting, rebooting, safe mode stuff that was instructed and everything works fine. I can see my Task Manager again and I haven't received any pop ups with profanities!!! Here's my current Hijack This log:
