We have to do a build from hell in my net security 2 class. We have 3 2500 routers and need 1 dhcp for the 3 diff networks. Theres 3 dc's and 6 workstations. 1 router, 1 dhcp, and 2 workstaitions for each network segment. Ive been reading how to use dhcp relay agent so I could use one dhcp for all three seperate networks. Do i have to config the relay agent on all the dc's? also is it pretty easy to config cause im good with dhcp's and dns but ive never used a relay agent.

DHCP only works on a local network segment. In other words, if you do not specifically configure a DHCP Relay Agent on each segment of a routed network that has DHCP clients then you would need a DHCP server on each segment to serve the DHCP clients on that part of the network. So yes, you need to enable DHCP relay agent on each segment that does not have a DHCP server.
