Three questions regarding Windows

Is there a program that can rotate wallpapers based on what ones you tell it and X amount of time?

Also, is there a way to enable viewing hidden files on a folder-to-folder basis? For example, in My Pictures I don't want to see a thumb of, well, Thumbs.db or Desktop.ini, but in Program Files, I do want to see all the hidden stuff. Just a minor inconvenience / annoyance.

Edit: Oh hell, let's make it three :D Can I force MSN/Windows Messenger to use a browser other than IE? I don't like it when it does that, and MyIE2 is default, but it still won't use it

    Entropy-

There was a screensaver out there that did that...I don't know a lot about this, but if you enable active desktop, then set up a website that does the rotation...would that work?

    2) see pic-I think this is what you are looking for.
