Up and running, with new problems... (folding)

After reformatting my hard drive and re-installing windows, I'm trying to get Folding@Home back up and running. I have it set up the same as i did before I killed my computer. (At least I think I do) Something's not right, because when I make a shortcut to fah4console.exe, or when I just run it without any additional flags, it'll work out of it's own directory. I'm trying to run it as a service, (Using instsrv.exe and srvany.exe) but when I do it creates new work and files in c:\windows\system32\. I've double-checked and triple-checked the registry settings for srvany, and it's just fine. All the necessary flags are there. (-service -local -advmethods -verbosity 9) What is the problem here, and how do I fix it?
