OmegaKillerSM 1.0 error messages - won't run on my WinMe system

I just downloaded OmegaKillerSM 1.0 and when I tried to run the program I received the following error messages:

The PSAPI.DLL file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:NtAllocateVirtualMemory

and

C:\Program Files\OmegaKiller\OmegaKiller.exe:

A device attached to the system is not functioning.

yes, unfortunately the current version doesnt work too well on 98 or ME, im working on it and should have a version out soon.
