A little more Help?? Spybot Updates wont work.

I have spent a week fighting ResearchAssitant, PV92Tray, pctvoice,
and tonight about:blank......

Below is my latest Hijacker Log, followed by a couple of failed updates from Spybot.

Other Symptoms:

I cant get a pdf to open without opening Adobe and navigating.

I cant get a Yahoo Profile to open with out typing in the URL info

Thanks in advance. Your help in other posts let me get rid of the last 3 mentioned above easily.
