New 'New Posts' Function

Now everyone has the option to either pick:

'All posts' or filter out some posts such as:
'No Milestones Forum Posts'
'No Spyware Forum Posts'
No Spyware or Milestone Posts'

    At request of several members, I've made the "new posts" in the navbar a little more user-friendly and automated...

    I was initially going to make it a User Control Panel option but some members don't always want to exclude milestones and/or spyware threads. So this is the easiest & most flexible way :)
