Corsair XMS Extreme Memory 1GB

I won this memory at the last LanWar we went to and since I already have 1GB of ram in my comp I was going to eBay it or something. It's going for $321 here on Newegg and I thought I'd put it up here first for $300 to start. Anyone interested?

    well the ram that i have in my system (corsair XMS3200 256x2) is only 512mb, and I added that stick of buffalo that I bought from you and they are not compatible. System is terribly unstable with them in there. So I figured I'll buy a 1gb matched set and then I can sell the Corsair XMS3200 256ers.

    this is the pc4000??

    i dont't think they work too well with AMD systems, the timing on those are very loose.
