Search Assistant program

I tried to remove it from my system from the 'remove/add prorams' but it will not allow me to. Granted, I did some clean up with Ad-ware/Spybot, which cleaned out the system, but the 'program' is still listed in my 'programs' browser.

I can't remove it because apparently I don't have the mysrchas.dll any longer. What should I do?

As with any registry changes, be sure you back up your registry before making them. Neither I nor Short-Media can be responsable for any problems you cause by editing the registry.

    Or, easier than that...

Download Easy Cleaner and install it. Use the Add/Remove cleaner to delete the entry from your Add/Remove Programs list.
