XP Home and Pro super cheap

I keep getting these emails advertising all kinds of software super cheap. XP Pro for $50 and more. I don't see how this can be legit. Maybe it's used or something. Anybody had any dealings with these sites? Here's a link to one.

    its not. it's either pirate or violating OEM licensing restrictions. I didn't click your link because I think it's likely spam.

    I think it's cheap cause it's OEM but I have no idea if it's legal.

    I got a message like that a couple of months ago and checked the website out. The software was going to be sent from Eastern Europe and here's a quote from the FAQ page:
    This software is recognized as a backup software.

    I have no idea what in hell that's supposed to mean but I bet that at most, it's gray-market software that may or may not be legal. BTW, the site I'm talking about has a special on with Windows XP Pro & Office XP Pro for $80, so somehow I doubt that it is legal software. ;)
