I need a tool to rename MP3's

Help. Ok I have a two MP3 directorys and I used two differant naming conventions when I ripped them and I like the second way the best. One directory is broken into sub directorys by Artist/Album and the songs are within each differant sub directory. I also have another 5000 mp3's but they are just named Artist/Song. I know... I know... Stupid. What I need is a tool that can automaticaly make the sub directorys by artist/Album if possible so they all sit in one directory for the MP3's and there is a gazillion sub directorys for each artist/album. I like teh artis/album naming convention much more.

Surely such a super nifty tool exists right? Or I'm gonna spend days manualy trying to blend them together.
