Hdd Problem

I recently bought a new 200gig hdd and installed it and formated it using "System Management" in windows xp.
I then rebooted it and now instead of booting on the hard drive where the OS is, it boots from the new hdd which has all my personal files on it.
So now whenever boot it keeps saying "press A to reboot".
I looked at the cmos and it is saying that the new hdd is the master, and i cant change it to anything either. I really dont want to lose any of the data on the new hdd either.
PLEASE HELP!

    Where are the jumpers on the drives and where on the cable is it?
