FS: Laptop with mobile Athlon

Hey all,
I'm trying to unload my laptop, I bought it 2 years ago and warrentied it 1 year ago (just to make sure everything was working before the warrenty expired). Now (after I've used it for a little while) I realize that a laptop isn't the best system for the engineering student that I am.
Specs:
Compaq Presario 1200z (custom made at Circuit City)
900mhz AMD Athlon4
128mb ram
15gig hdd
cd-burner (8x-ish)
internal floppy
NIC and 56k modem
Windows XP Home (with upgrade disk)
travel sleeve
This thing works fine, perfect in fact, I've really babied it. It's only served as a desktop... hooked up to an external moniter, kb, and mouse.
