don't have any personal experience with this code, but it's a DLT3C should get 2gh with no effort, and get to 2.3gh with little effort, and you should get around 2.5gh on air on those DLT3C.
I currently have the
AXDA1700DLT3C
JIUHB0309WPMP
Mine is running at 2.5gh with 1.85vcore, working great.
leishi, what RAM and mobo are you on? I have a KX7-333R, 1GB of PC2100, I'm sure I'd need better ram to hit 2.5Ghz, but what kind? and are you on an NF7-S?
I'm using the a lot talked about mobo, it's the epox 8RDA+ no mods what so ever. and i'm using the Corsair PC3200 XMS ram, currently i'm using 205fsbX12 multi, with 1.85vcore.
Kanez, you wont hit more than max 190 fsb on that board anyway so do not go and buy expensive memory that is made to do much more if you´re not intending to buy a new board.
Leishi,
Can you test one thing. You know that 205 is stable and max fsb right now or? Just try once to set the multi on 8 and see how far your fsb goes. I´ll explain later.
i think 205 is the highest my board will handle without any mod, tried what you said, i put multi to 8, and upped fsb to 210, and testing with prime95, it errored out.
Edit, forgot to ask you to explain to me what your intention.
yeah mac, don't plan any more major upgrades until athlon64 gets here, but those tbred 1700+ are pretty cheap so I might get one of them just for kicks.
0319 is probably good too.
I've purchased couple 0310s and they both do 2.3GHz with 100% stability, so an 0319 will probably do equally as well, perhaps better.
I think the chip will be more of a limiting factor than your SLK-800.
I have an SLK-900U on both of the DLT3Cs I purchased. While the 900 is probably a better performer than the 800, the differences are probably negligable.
t1rhino said I have an SLK-800. Would that do okay for cooling?
The Nforce2 chip have a flaw which can be annoying. SOme multis get you more fsb than others, especially on the Ultra boards.
For example, mutli 10 can sometimes get you more fsb than 9. Not a little either, actually pretty much in many cases. No one have any answer to why though, but changing the cpu to a default 166 fsb instead of the 133 helps a lot.

Maybe i need to try bunch of different multi, currently 205 fsb is the best i can do on my 8rda+ 1.1 A3 stepping.

As far as i know, that cpu is a champ.
