    Damn... Predators are so ****ing awsome! I just don't think that even I could toss an Alien around like that... maybe, but probably not.

    But we'll never know until I find one.

    The idea 'Alien vs. Predator' has been out for quite a long time. On top of that, if you pay enough attention to the Predator movies, you will notice that Aliens have already been part of this. ;) In Predator 2, when on the ship, the wall with all the skulls on it, yes, there you will find a skull of an Alien ;) And others too :D

    That doesnt mean a thing. In fact I don't see what that has to do with what I said... The idea of Freddy vs Jason has been around since the two film lines fought for who was scarier in the 80's.
    Poor directing and stupid publishers can make any good idea suck. It all boils down to "are the people backing this movie rushing it out to make a quick buck?" I'm just saying I hope the makers of the movie learned from the short comings of Freddy Vs Jason, cause nobody wants to pay for a terrible movie...

    Freedy vs. Jason wasn't a bad movie at all, I enjoyed it. Albeit not a great movie. And I wasn't trying to show you anything but give everyone some cool information they may or may not have known that I think is good FYI. No need to get defencive.

    On another note, I already have 7 guys(one hot chick ;)) to go as a group to watch this as soon as it is released, hopefully more people will go. Gonna be fun!

    dont worry mjo you didnt miss much, it was a terrible movie. leave the aliens and predators to fight in games not movies...

    I know, I've read a couple of reviews.
    And they all say that it is horrible.

    The PG-13 rating was the first warning BTW.

    But AvP as a game concept works rather well imo.

    I saw it, it was pretty awesome, definitly not a terrible movie. Obviously don't go in thinking you're going to see some mind bending, deeply thought out plot, just go for the Alien on Predator action and you won't be dissapointed.

    I have to ask, is AvP worse than King Arthur?

    That is/was an awful movie, no story at all.
    And Merlin looked like a homeless guy from New York.

    I didnt see king arthur, mainly cause it didnt look good. The movie was almost as bad as Freddy Vs Jason (as i was prediciting), lets just say I would rather have went to go see that Yu Gi Oh movie with the little kiddies... The plot was rather stupid, I mean come on it takes place on EARTH during the PRESENT day, that just takes all the coolness of the futuristic feel of Aliens. The fight scenes were too fast and too short. and all the filler in between was boring. It could have been much better. They could have atleast spun off of the game story lines or something if they needed a story. HELL EVEN SOME PARTS DIDNT MAKE SENSE, but if i start ranting on that I'll really be giving away the only story in it.
