    personally i think i'd rather have a northwood p4c, rather than a prescott A. mostly for the extra memory bus

    Can't knock the IS7. Good solid mobo.

    Or you can go with the NF7-S and a XP2800. It will save a few bucks.
    If you need a modem get a hardware modem. They are about $50, but they work.
    How about a WD hdd? They have a good reputation.

    What for a case/psu???

    but this modem is 6 bucks, what would a 50 dollar modem do that's better?
