Home Search Assistant Problem

Hi. I am having the same problem as everyone else. I have the Home Search Assistant that I can't get rid of.

I have taken the following steps:

Ran Adware and Spybot in Safe Mode and ran HijackThis. Here is my log. Please let me know what I need to fix to get rid of this. Any help would be much appreciated. I have been researching this for a couple of weeks now and just can't figure out how to make it go away. :banghead:
