2nd time posting log ... please help

Hi;

Mat here. I am back again trying to get rid of this hijacking.

I have, of course run adaware and spybot, and updated them.

My problem is still the same, everytime I open my Internet Explorer I go to

res://ebpfq.dll/index.html#96676

even if I rest my homepage it always automatically sets back to that.

I also get pop-ups that cannot be controlled with google toolbar, it just doesn't even recognize the pop-up has occured.

Before I post my hijack this logfile I just wanted to mention that the first time I tried to get rid of the hijacking I could not find the files and manually delete them properly. If someone could give me a tip when they post the solution as to exactly what files I will be looking for and where to find them that would be great.
