What is the best permanent OC for a ATI 9600 Radeon AIW?

I have been playing with ATI tool and I can get a pretty solid 420 Core/256 Mem (up from 327/190 default) and I would like to be able to make these settings stick. I had to get the 4.9 drivers and they don't support the TV function. Am I just wasting my time trying to OC this card since it has so many functions? Is there a permanent OC solution that would let me get more performance out of it? Any way to bump it up to Pro or anything?

    i use radlinker...just google it as i am too lazy to find it right now.....but it works great, let's you boot to a certain oc, and it alows you to launch apps/games with a specific detail/performance settings like AA of AF. Comes in handy if you have a lot of games and you don't want to keep manually adjusting quality settings for each title....

    btw, radlinker integrates into the advanced tab under the display properties, settings tab where all of the other ati stuff resides.
