Trillian and exporting Contacts!?

I currently use Trillian and love the ability to connect to 5 different IM services at once. But here's the problem...I'm reinstalling XP for a variety of reasons and I'm wondering if there is a way to export or a folder to save that can keep all my settings, windows, and contacts for the new installation. I use AIM, Yahoo, MSN, and ICQ, and I don't want to lose a plethora of contact information. Anybody know of a way to do this?

Just go to the Trillian folder in Program Filies, than users, than default. In there there will be a file named Buddies.xml, that has all your buddies, all grouped the way you like them. Just copy that to a safe place, then once you have reinstalled Windows and Trillian, copy Buddies.xml back into the folder. Bingo, all your buddies are there, safe and sound.
