Could someone please look over my HJT log?

I've run the ad-aware and spybot and fixed the problems there. I'm attaching an HJT log and would appreciate any help I can get.

Thanks,
Jennifer

    Welcome to Short-Media :)

Your log looks fairly clean, are you experiencing a particular problem or just wanting to make sure it is OK?

I would reccomend removing the program Ares Lite from your system, it is known to contain adware. There are adware free alternatives to Ares Lite, I encourage you to explore them.

If you want, there are a few unnecessary items you can remove here to speed up your computers boot sequence:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickenSEMessage] C:\QUICKENW\QSEMSG.EXE
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BillMinder] C:\QUICKENW\BILLMIND.EXE

(unless you are actively using Quicken's bill-reminding features, you can get rid of those)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\QTTASK.EXE" -atboottime

    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [MessengerPlus3] "C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! 3\MsgPlus.exe"
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [msnmsgr] "C:\PROGRAM FILES\MSN MESSENGER\MSNMSGR.EXE" /background

(These auto-start Messenger and Messenger Plus every time you boot up. You can kill these here, then manually start those apps when you need them, and save yourself a minute or two at boot time.)

    O4 - Startup: WinZip Quick Pick.lnk = C:\Program Files\WinZip\WZQKPICK.EXE

Thanks, Dexter. Basically wanted someone to review my log. Computer runs a little slow, but it's old with Wins 98. I've corrected the things you suggested and also got rid of Ares. Thanks again. This is a great site!
