    Major Power outages due to bad storms and I was away at a wedding being a best man. I got home and had to restart a whole bunch. Bad timing....

    Major bummer there, QCH. I've had stuff like that happen to me before too, while I was offshore at work.

    Sorry to hear it. At least your comps are OK. Every time we've had a power outage during this stormy Spring/Summer I've wondered if I was going to lose a computer.

    Luckly, I have 2 Power UPS's so they were shut down gracefully. But I did not have them set up to restart. So when I returned on Sunday night, I fell asleep and woke up yesterday and realized that they were out.... Oh well.
