    Welcome to Short-Media. :)

First, click the link in my signature to access our Security Downloads Page. Download LSP-Fix. Put it in the same folder as you have HJT in.

Next, set your system to show hidden files and folders.

    Then, turn off System Restore.

Note that both of those items contain instructions on how to reset these settings to normal after your problem is solved. DO NOT FORGET TO DO THAT LATER.

Reboot in SAFE MODE. Run HJT. FIX:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

Exit HJT, and Run LSP Fix. Fix any entries which reference the cdlsp.dll.

Stay in Safe Mode, locate the exe and dll files, plus all the items from your Startup folder, and quarantine them.

Reboot normally, check things out, and see how it looks. Come back and let us know, post a fresh log for review.

Ok Dexter completed what you suggested. Upon restart I ran spy sweeper and found nothing (which usually finds mprocessor in new places) and then ran spybot and it still found files which it said some were running in the memory.

    Log looks clean now.

The DSO reports are indicators that potential exploits exist in IE. So long as you are using a firewall, you are likely not going to have a problem with these. If you are concerened, there is a program that will patch these:
