coz i wasnt sure, im thinking that u do a different task to remove it for a different HJT log..
so you mean i can follow those to fix mine?
But that in itself is an easy way to identify the file names - by printing an HJT log, rebooting, and running another scan, it is easy to see whcih files were not there on the last log. If the file names change on every reboot, they are bad, and most likely HSA related, therefore they can be deleted.
Try the removal guide, it is straightforward and should be easy to follow. And, it is working for many users that we know of for certain. Plus, the guide has been seen by a couple thousand people in its first week online. If it was not working, many of those people would be leaving comments to tell us so. They are not, so the guide nust be working for them.
