Now hiring web designer

We just landed a big web design job and now I'm looking to hire a contract-based web designer to execute this project along with a couple of others. The project is going to be a very high-end "fashion" type of site, and it will be used to sell luxury items, so needs to have that "high fashion, expensive" look, such as La Maison du Chocolat has.

I need someone who can create sites like that, using flash, PHP, mysql integration, and also has ecommerce experience.
