Friend got Hijacked

Hi again group. Working on a friends machine whisch was full of stuff. (147 Hits in Spybot alone!)

I've run current Spybot and Adaware (both in safe mode), IE gets Hijacked to the following:

Sorry to take so long to get back to you, been a busy few days.

This one does not look so bad on the surface...we'll see how deep it is. I suspect most of the stuff got cleaned out by the anti-spwyare apps, but left a stray entry or two behind.
