computer keeps blue screening

I have a 750 duron, ECS K7S5A Pro, 512mb pny ddr, 2000 Server. I get into windows afetr a few minutes blue screen. I tried a 256mb stick also of ddr and getting same problem. Been running memtest all tests passing. Any ideas?

    Might be motherboard or processor, if the memory checks out. Could also be the PSU... Start with the process of elimination.

    The original K7S5A is very picky with PSUs. What brand/model is it?

    How long has it been happening? Most bsod's that are not memory are driver related. There are xp tweaks that let you see the name of the offending device instead of just a number/address. have you checked your event file lately for clues? Thats always the first place to check. What else is in the box and how many non whql drivers are you running. Some non whql drivers work fine but if you call MS thats their first question and if you have any they say remove them and call them back when its all whql drivers.
