*Sigh* Home Search Assistent ... again

Hey guys~
My computer has been dealing with this problem for quite some time now and I have checked pretty much every forum dealing with this problem... I'm not that great of a computer person so following some of these instructions was hard to follow which is why I'm going to ask for one on one help. Here is my HijackThis log:

Did you try our Home Search Assistant Removal Guide?

    If not, try that first.

If yes, then please refer to post #2 in that thread. Generate a list of active services (using the program attached to post #2) in Normal Mode, and paste it here as well.

Yes, I have just tried following the instructions in your previous thread, however it didn't work. The problem was fixed the first time I opened IE however after I closed it and opened it once again it returned. I don't know what I didn't delete in the computer registry lines but I guess I didn't delete all of the virus. The program in your second thread will not work for me because of and error "0x8004100A" and therefore I was not able to get the list asked for. My new HJT file is as follows:

Run HJT. Click on Config -> Misc Tools. Check off the 2 options under the button that says "Generate StartupList Log", then click the button itself. Generate that log, save it as a text file, then post the text file here, preferably as a file attachment, or just paste the text in if you can't figure the attachments out. The startuplistlog also shows services, so I should be able to ID it from there.
