This is my project for class, a game, built from an engine my teacher built using RenderWare, a kind of 3D Shooter. This is not my mech styled game I am working on in Director... it won't look as good I am sure ;)

Of course at the moment I haven't XRef'd any of the objects yet, ecept that statue that one of my group made, the world itself though is mine, and I am still working on the textures, it will be multiple levels, the grass is amazing as it is only 2 small textures in both pixel size and memory, the whole project has a very small footprint, yet looks pretty good. W eare not allowed more than 20MB of textures, which I don't think I will need, and no more than 30,000 poly's total.

When the project is done, I will remove all the stuff my group put in(they aren't very good, sorry, but they work hard at least :D) and for the next couple months while I retake another course, I will be coming in to finish MY own project.

This is due next class, we still have much to add, but it will be done.

Ohh yes, and that is an environment map on the statue... very nice ;) Also, there are a grand total of 3, that is T.H.R.E.E. Texture in this scene TOTAL... you may count more, but it is just the same cement texture used overa nd over, including the transparent ball on the statue and the statue itself

    :D

    I'm diggin' this ****!

Thanks, it's the complements that make me work harder ;) How egotistical is that? ;D

I am working on the ececutable right now, I should have it up on my web server within a few minutes.

A few notes before I publish it, transparency is buggy, thus beyond my control. I have been assured that the code is being fixed, though I have recieved no time frame on when. It is in C++ so I have no way of doing it on my own, plus it's not my $300,000 peice of software ;D

There are 4 rooms, the main room(largest), living quarters, engine room, medlab. Each room should be self explainatory. Medlab has beds, living quarters has it's goodies, etc...

    My work involved:
-all the textures, and applying them to all the models except the models in the living quarters.
-modeling the world, the rooms, and the texturing of the world and rooms, minus the objects within the rooms
-modeling the tree's, and modeling the MRI like machine and texturing them.

Basically, I did the work of 1.8 people, in a group of three. One guy was very dependable, the other... useless. Kinda fed up with him too... tired of being nice to him.

    Anyways, it'll be up shortly.

Isn't it always like that in school? When I was in college, I had an astronomy lab project with two others and one of them was just absolutely pointless, and we got an "A", which she totally didn't earn... Oh well.

Ya, in HR 205 I contributed almost nothing to the project and we got a 74%. I didn't deserve even that, yet the other 4 were totally choked. Funny how that works.

Kidding. It happened but I did at least my share and I was one of the choked. Prof was a notoriously hard marker tho.
