installing LAN drivers?

i downloaded 64-bit lan drivers for my motherboard off this site but i dont know how to install them. there are to files inside the folder. one is a system file and the other is a setup info file. so how do i install them?

    Go into your device manager, right click on the network card, click install, and point the wizard to that inf file.
