Pleaes review the log and suggest a solution. It is better to simply reinstall IE, even if that is an option? THANKS

    Please refer to post #2 of the removal guide to download and run the program Active Services. Do this in Normal Mode. Post the active service log here.

    No, reinstalling IE will not solve your problem.

    By the way, I edited out the last few entries of your HJT log, as they showed the domain name of what I am guessing is the company you work for...? When you post subsequent logs, you may want to remove those entries for your privacy. The website at that domain shows e-mail addresses for the 4 "principals" of that company, I'm sure they wouldn't want their inboxes filling up with spam. ;)
