HSA is dead, but still in Add/remove programs list

First I would like to thank Dexter and anyone else that contriuted to the HSA removal guide. It was very helpful and I probably would have tossed the machine out the window had it not worked.

I do, however have one question. I took all the steps in the guide, ran Ad-Aware, Spybot, and virus scan. HJT seems to have worked, and the hijack is gone. I have restarted several times and launched IE and the home page stays the same. However, the program entries for HSA, Search Extender, and Shopping Wizard are still in the Add/Remove programs list. When I try to remove them, I get an error that says "Unable to open 'http://looking-for.cc/uninstall/shoppingWizard.html'" and the option is the click OK.

How do I get rid of these entries, or did I make a mistake and not completely rid myself of this nastiness? Thanks again for all the help.

I wouldn't worry about them too much. The entries won't actually cause the program to come back. There is a tool that allows you to "clean up" your a/r programs list, but I can't think of what it is right now.

I have added the above info to the guide for anyone else having the same concern.
