I added another rig to my fold today... Not to worry its just an old K6/500 that a guy gave me... It should give me a tiny boost at least...

Ok so the question...

I installed the FAH progy instead of the client, I'll prolly do that later..., but for now, when the log file came up it gave me a machine ID of 1, is that right/ok...?

That gives me two number 1's but on seperate rigs....

Thanks,
"g"

As long as the id:s are on different rigs you should be fine.

Machine IDs are only relative to each machine. You want different User IDs for each machine.

I guess that I am lost.
I set it up as gtghm for team 93 just like I did on my first rig.
I don't want to just add another rig to the team I also want it to report to my gtghm name for team 93...

    Thanks,

There's another 'user id' tag that Marc is referring to. Here is a thread by csimon detailing the info.

duplicate user ID's should only happen if you are ghosting FAH, which you're not

You are fine with the setup you have ^ mentioned in this quote - those are the only 2 important questions to answer when you are just learning how to do this. Jack

Oh I didnt mean to confuse you. As GHoosdum pointed out the link to csimons thread, you would have to manually copy the User ID for it not to work. Installing fresh on a new computer will give you a new User ID.

    You are good to go.:)
