Computer wont boot without CD

Well...
My computer wont boot without a boot CD.I got a new CD/RW and after that it has been doing this.I tried to read a forum on here but got a tiny bit confused.I tried unpluging the cd drives but nada.im am not all that great with computers so I could use the help.HELP ME PLEASE

    Help us to help you by posting your system specs.

    Meantime, reset your bios to 'optimal defaults' or change the boot order to your primary HD.

    well i just reset my cmos jumper and not it boots fine.thanx joe
