    This is what I found.

    Event ID:10003

Meaning: Access denied attempting to launch a DCOM Server using DefaultLaunchPermssion.

Description: There is Microsoft Knowledge Base article available. Please see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290398 for further details.

Parameters Access denied attempting to launch a DCOM Server using DefaultLaunchPermssion.

If you follow the link above there is a walkthrough about half way down the page for resetting your DCOM permissions.

Thanks Topherice for the link, just what I needed.

One problem is that Microsoft Knowledge Base is telling me to look on the 'Apllication' Tab but I can't see no 'Application Tab'?
