Fyi: Downloads Thread Updates

I've just updated the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.short-media.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1205">Downloads Thread<a> with a few things (yes there is a downloads thread).

I added a few more BIOS modding tools, the section now contains everything the average BIOS modder should need to edit, alter and customise their BIOS files. I've also added a SHORT-MEDIA EPA Logo pack, for all of you who fancy having the SHORT-MEDIA logo flash up when their computer boots.

Any problems with the files, just let me know.

    For the codec section, please add the Radium MP3 codec.

    If I had a higher resolution image of the Short Media rings, it would be better.

    Updated the downloads thread with the Radium MP3 Codec (thanks Thrax, though the link actually didn't work ;) )

    I've also added that desktop background to the downloads thread. (Thanks for that as well Thrax, let me know if you update it)
