adaware keeps finding same 3 items

Hi there, thank you for reading my post.
I run adaware every other day, and each time it keeps finding the same 3 items.

I looked them up on google, but cannot find a way to keep them away forever.
I will enclose my HJT log just in case you need it.
Thank you for helping me,

    Hi!

Those are simply cookies. If you or anyone who uses your username visits a site that "remembers" you, or many other things. More detailed info on cookies:

In addition, your hijackthis log looks clean!

You can ensure that these always disappear by deleting your cookies after each browsing session. In IE, click TOOLS -> Internet Options -> Delete Cookies.

Oh, and your log is missing something: Folding at Home! Please take the time to find out more about Folding For a Cure, a good cause by which your computer uses it's spare power to help search for cures to diseases. We would love to have you on our Team.

You are running Windows XP, and have not yet upgraded to Service Pack 2. Please do so, especially if you plan to stay on Internet Explorer. SP2 introduces some security features to help protect you from unwanted downloads in Internet Explorer. Upgrade to XP Service Pack 2 here, courtesy of Short-Media's downloads section.
