    Welcome to short-media.

Do you know what this is:

If you don't, get rid of it.

Set your system to Show Hidden Files and folders.

Get rid of the following items:

Ok went to c, folder options and ticked radio button to show all files.
Deleted what you said to delete.
Any advice as to what virus checkers/firewalls etc are the best ones to use I have tried Norton, Avg, and a few others, but I still keep getting viruses and adware on my pc.
    Preferably free...lol

This doesn't look right to me. I'd kill it:

    O2 - BHO: NavHelper Class - {C1E58A84-95B3-4630-B8C2-D06B77B7A0FC} - C:\PROGRAM FILES\NAVEXCEL\NAVHELPER\V2.0.4C\NHELPER.DLL

Otherwise, your log looks fairly clean.

I recommend Norton AV 2004 for commercial software, and if you want free, I recommend AVG Free Edition from www.grisoft.com

You may want to check out this article, as it will help you understand why you may have gotten infected and how to prevent things like this from happening again. If you are really concerned about getting reinfected, that means you are doing something wrong. Perhaps you should change to a less risky browser such as FireFox.
