Sig Alignment Adjustment

Under VB3 .. sigs autopost right underneath the text.. with some sigs.. that means that they almost merge into the post... so I tweaked the template to allow some breathing room .. where necessary.. and align them at the bottom.. rather than the top... makes posts easier to read..

I did this over the weekend but forgot to update the template :)

Should level properly now :)
