How about $650 plus all shipping costs for the dual opteron. Its a msi k8d with dual 246 optys complete with fans etc and two gbs of pc3200 reg ecc memory. This is a server board not a workstation. Two gigabit nics and onboard vga.

Bought this setup in March, 2006. Tex worked with me very well to set up payment and a great price. The amount was paid off quicker than Tex or I expected. Communication was great at first. The hardware works well and is as described EXCEPT for one major problem.
It was nearly a month before I received the items. I talked on the phone with Tex and I was understandable of the situation. No hard feelings, I had a pleasant dealing with him so far.
A little while later I realized that the 2 sticks of RAM that came were only 512 MB, totaling 1 GB. The system was sold with "two gbs of pc3200 reg ecc memory". I made contact through email, private messages, and phone about the situation. He acknowledged there was 1 GB of RAM missing and promised to make it up. He found 1 GB PC3200 and said he would ship it to me. Last conversation was June 20th, 2006 on the phone. He said he was busy at that exact second but if I sent him an email with my address again and he would ship it out asap.
It is now August 2nd, 2006. I still only have 1 GB of RAM when I was sold 2 GB. I tried to be very understanding about the situations that arose in this deal and I have been very patient.
I still wish to settle this deal but I realize it is very unlikely to happen.
