The 3700+ is 2400mhz with 1mb cache.

The PR of S754 vs S939 CPUs ARE out of whack!. Dual Channel only gives you at most an additional 5% but AMD pumps up the PR 300pts from single to dual channel. And then charges an arm and a leg for it.
Newegg Retail Prices....
3200+ S754 2.2ghz 512K ($212) - 3500+ S939 2.2ghz 512K ($379)
3400+ S754 2.4ghz 512K ($289) - 3800+ S939 2.4ghz 512K ($630)
3700+ S754 2.4ghz 1 MB ($497) - 4000+ S939 2.4ghz 1 MB ($850 FX-53)
GOD bless 'Em - now that they can outperform Intel across the board, they should try to make as much dough as they can
