Number cruncher rebooting at random

I recently built a number crunching box for a family member using the specs listed below, using the SATA HDD for Windows and all the programs and the other HDD for storage. I left everything at their stock speeds. My problem is that the system seems to reboot at random for no apparent reason. I don't know if this problem is rooted in the fact that this system is a 64 bit or if it's being caused by some other issue, but I'd figure I'd ask here first. I don't think there's a heat issue, and there aren't any software bugs that I'm aware of, so I'm at a lose as to what the problem is. Any suggestions?
