Search For.. Not sure. Paulis.

Hey guys..you did a gread job on my computer. I'm on my roomate's computer, and it's got some stuff that the usual programs [AdAware, Spybot, and CWSredder] won't solve. Even while using Spybot's SD/IE Resident, it keeps resetting the homepage. He also gets popups.

He's running an IBM Laptop with windows 2000 Professional.

Here's the HJT log after using updated Spybot and AdA.

Before anything update Windows. The LT only has SP2 on it. There has been Sp3 and SP4 for some time now.

Once windows has been updated then come back.

Thanks. He took it to the campus tech lab/computer place/whatever [i don't remember the name] to have more RAM installed, so I won't have access to it for another day or two. I'll be back later.
