My Application Management service completely failed so barely any programs work!

Hey I can't start the Application Management service. When I try to it says Error 126: the specified module could not be found. Where can I download a replacement module? When I try to launch a lot of programs I get the error message "Please log in with administrator privileges and try again' even though I'm the owner of this computer and admin. Please help!

    Try doing a repair install? If that doesn't work then you might just have to reformat, unless anyone else has any suggestions.

    I was going to say repair install as well, assuming you have Windows XP. What OS are we talking about here?
