MySearchBar

I tried in every possible way to get rid of MySearchBar, but it seems impossible. I already downloaded SpywareBlaster, but it did not work; then i tried with the ToolbarCop but also did not work, i also get in the "regedit" form and tried to erase the files that some webpages said will solve the problem, but i couldn´t find any of the files that they said.
So.... does anyone have a solution??
