Blank Item in MSConfig Startup List

Like the title says, I have one blank item in the MSConfig startup list. It is checked on. I do run regular virus scans and spybot scans, so I don't think that it's anything malicious.

Any ideas anyone?

Try Startman. I don't think the author has made any recent updates, but it has worked wonders (along with Spybot and Adaware) for my systems.

Use the utility in spybot search and destroy to see if it's a necessity at startup. (Open spybot ---> tools ---> system startup) If it doesn't appear there then maybe it's some sort of fluke and a repair install of windows would fix it :-/ . Sorry for my ****ty advice.

If the file path isn't blank then use a registry editing program and delete the entry. If something doesn't start when you reboot then you know if it worked or not...
