Like the title says, I have one blank item in the MSConfig startup list. It is checked on. I do run regular virus scans and spybot scans, so I don't think that it's anything malicious.
Use the utility in spybot search and destroy to see if it's a necessity at startup. (Open spybot ---> tools ---> system startup) If it doesn't appear there then maybe it's some sort of fluke and a repair install of windows would fix it . Sorry for my ****ty advice.

If the file path isn't blank then use a registry editing program and delete the entry. If something doesn't start when you reboot then you know if it worked or not...
