new boy needs help about:blank

Heloo world,
this is my first time here, so I will keep it short in case I am in the wrong place...
can anyone help me with the " about:blank " virus/trojan or whatever the correct term is..
I have downloaded hijack this and made a logfile...what do I do next?
do you have to cut and paste to get it on here ?
my tech ability is not great so dont baffle me with science

    To get your Hijack this log on here you can save it then copy paste, but thats about all I can help ya with!
