Hey! I'm new here, I ran across the site when I did a google search about how to get HSA off my home computer. I love working on computers, but I don't really know too much about the inner workings, and I don't want to mess the computer up more, so I was hoping someone could look over my log for me and make sure I'm deleting the correct things. I don't have a printer at home, so I emailed it to myself here at work so I could print it off. I ran ad-aware and spybot last night, and followed all the steps up to the hard boot from the thread on here about how to remove this from my computer. So far your site has been very very helpful, and I'm really thankful. I have my home computer off right now in the middle of the hard-boot, so I'll start it in safe mode when I get home from work tonight, if I've heard from someone. Any help is very much appreciated!
