HJT Log For Review Please

Hello There. I posted earlier today but have since rad ad-aware, spybot, and norton much more intensively. I dont have an exact problem but was wondering if someone could take a look at my HJT log and see if they know any surefire problems I could have that could be gotten rid of. I know that I continue to get pop-ups and I have some programs that keep popping up in the add/remove list. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank You for all your time and efforts. Then find and locate the files listed above and Quarentine Them.

Once you have done that, reboot, scan with HiijackThis again, and post a new log.

Thanks very much for your help. I have followed your instructions to a tee but am not sure how to proceed from here on out. I have gotten to the point where I have rebooted in safe mode and have ran HJT. In your post you said to run HJT and have it fix the named entries. Then, at the end you say to find the files and quarantine them. So do I have HJT "fix"(delete) them? Or do I manually quarantine them instead? Also, what about the entries you named that are not associated with actual files such as the R1 and R3 entries. I hope my questions make sense. Your help in how to proceed is greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

Ok...I think I figured out my questions from my previous post and I went ahead and did what you said to do. Below is my new HJT log. So far things seem to be going alot better. But if you see anything else in the HJT log that needs to be removed, let me know. Thank you again for all your help.
