mailing list sign-up

Ok, I am working on a client's website right now, and they want a place where visitors can sign up for their bi-monthly newsletter (mailing list). So basically, they want a text box where a user would enter their email addy and a submit button. Once the user clicks "submit" a list needs to be generated and emailed to another person at this company.

So what are my options here.....i don't want anything too complicated, the faster i can implement this feature, the better off i am. Thanks!
